Gezondheidszorg van de toekomst van 1950 tot 2020?

Healthcare will be the industry which will be transformed the most for the upcoming years. This must be because otherwise we will not be able to act on the globally problem of aging. About the change in healthcare we made a movie (in Dutch). This movie shows a possible scenario for the healtcare and hospitals (10 minuten).

nThat the healthcare has to change becomes clear with these figures (for example):
- Life expectancy will become longer and even much longer because of science.
- nPeople with chronic diseases will life longer.
- Resistant nbacteria will become more and more a problem.
- nMore and more people will become ill from smoking.
- nMain reason of death will be human errors in the future.

This means we have to transform towards a more proactive healthcare. Which means:
- from treatment towards prevention;
- from cost indication towards cost insight;
- from rewards on capacity towards rewards on performance;
- from incidental heathcare toward continues monitoring;
- fron doctor in control towards patient in control.
