Information overload does not exist

A survey from Synovate comes with the conclusion that information overload doesn't exist. Well users of the internet do not experience the information overload. Is information overload something that comes from the old way of thinking in which traditional sources were the most powerful and the only ones who could spread information. Please give your opinion.
